Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid shipping label or a QR code for printerless drop-off at authorized locations.
Pack the Shoes
Place the unworn footwear in its original branded shoebox, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping mailer or box to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
