How do I know which shoe size is right for my child?
We recommend using our printable Fit Tool or our Fit Zone app to measure your child's feet accurately. Since children's feet grow quickly, we suggest measuring every two to three months.
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase for all unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Please visit our Returns Portal to start your request and print a prepaid shipping label.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days. We also offer Express and Next Day shipping options at checkout for those who need their shoes sooner.
Are Stride Rite shoes good for first-time walkers?
Yes, our Soft Motion™ collection is specifically designed to encourage natural movement and provide stability for children who are just starting to take their first steps.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer direct international shipping at this time.
